About Eunhyey
Rev. Eunhyey Lok, MDiv, is a certified spiritual director based in St. Paul, MN, available to individuals and groups around the world online. Offering spiritual direction to those seeking a safe place to process pains, longings and questions is one of the deepest joys of her life.
She is especially drawn to working with those who:
are feeling exhausted and lost in their current attempts to walk with God;
lack safe spaces to figure out what is happening to them;
and feel that what used to work for them in their life with God and others no longer does.
Somahng (소망) means hope in Korean. Through spiritual direction to individuals and groups, giving workshops and sermons, as well as walking alongside those in search of a more sustainable way to be in ministry, Eunhyey seeks to hold space for God's hope to all those she serves.

What is spiritual direction?
Spiritual direction offers companionship to those seeking to deepen their walk with God. It is a space to focus on God's movement in our lives and to grow in familiarity and awareness of that movement.
Like counseling, direction helps us pay attention to the internal life as well as the joys and pains of our relationships and life events.
However, whereas counseling focuses on our mental, emotional and relational health, spiritual direction focuses on how those areas intersect with and impact our relationship with God and our souls.

Certification
Eunhyey is certified through Christian Formation and Direction Ministries - Southern California. She has been offering direction since 2011. Rev. Lok is also an ordained throughin the PC(USA).
Rates
For individual direction, I invite the directee to pray about how much they feel called to invest in this part of their spiritual growth at this time in their lives. A range to consider might be $80-$120. Group rates will vary based on content and format.

Soul Care for APIDA Christian Leaders
This online monthly spiritual direction group is open to Asian American Pacific islander Desi American Christian leaders seeking care for their souls in a nourishing and restorative group setting.
Each meeting will start with a contemplative spiritual practice, followed by a time for group sharing and reflection led by Eunhyey Lok.
Limited to 8 participants.
